Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Guide clients through technical inquiries while educating them on best practices and features.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support database.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in technology to enhance support services.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to sharpen your technical skills.

• Fluency in Slovak and English is required.
• Experience in IT support or a technical customer service role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
