• Track and document client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all queries are logged accurately.
• Collaborate with different departments to enhance the overall client experience and streamline processes.
• Keep up-to-date with company services and local trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in customer support, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
