Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from Slovak-speaking clients regarding search engine performance and optimization strategies.
• Assist customers in enhancing their online content for improved visibility and engagement.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM for ongoing service improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in search engines and digital marketing.
• Engage with team members to share insights and refine customer support processes.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop your digital marketing and customer service skills.

• Fluent in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of search engines and SEO strategies is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
• Willingness to move to Athens, Greece, and adapt to the local culture.
