In this role, you will provide outstanding service to Slovenian-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Slovenian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and issues related to products and services.
• Provide detailed information regarding account management, order processing, and service inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer service experience.
• Stay updated on company products and market trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively solve problems and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
• A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with customers.
