• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, striving to enhance their overall satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends and company offerings to provide relevant advice and support to clients.

• Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or related fields is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications is a plus.
