We are currently looking for a SME business account Product Owner / Product Manager ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing?
Leads the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of digital business accounts and daily banking services for SMEs in a digital bank or neobank. Owns the product vision, drives commercial success, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers an excellent customer experience for business users. With AI use case, technology, coding and data driven skills/understanding
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision for SME business accounts and daily banking services, USP and VAS
Maintain a prioritized product backlog for the delivery team.
Product Development & Delivery
Lead the agile team in designing, building, and improving account opening, onboarding, payments, FX, and everyday banking features for SMEs.
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure product readiness for launch.
Commercial Success
Set and manage pricing, monitor product performance (KPIs: new accounts, active users, balances, transaction volumes).
Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive adoption and usage.
Compliance & Risk
Ensure all product features meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards (KYC, AML, GDPR).
Regularly review and update product documentation and contracts.
Customer Focus
Operational Excellence
Define and optimize operational processes (e.g., onboarding, account maintenance).
Work with operations and IT to automate and streamline workflows.
