We are currently looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
Manage and grow our presence across all key social media channels, including but not limited to:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- TikTok
- X (formerly Twitter)
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
Plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and drives desired outcomes.
Identify, vet, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to the financial industry. Negotiate terms, brief creators, review content, and track performance.
Collaborate closely with external partners, including creative agencies and our media house, to develop compelling social media content and campaigns. Ensure seamless integration of paid and organic strategies.
Oversee the entire content creation process for social media, from concept development and copywriting to visual asset creation (in collaboration with designers/agencies) and scheduling.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively test and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and manage brand reputation across all social platforms.
Track, analyze, and report on social media and influencer campaign performance using relevant metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and demonstrating ROI.
Manage social media budgets effectively.

Skills you should have

Proven track record (3+ years) in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably within the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience managing and growing brand presence on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
Proven ability to manage and collaborate effectively with creative agencies and media houses.
Strong creative flair with excellent copywriting skills and an eye for engaging visual content.
Solid understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Community management experience and a proactive approach to engaging with online audiences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
