We’re on the hunt for a native Polish-speaking social media manager who gets Polish culture, humor, and what makes people stop scrolling. You’ll create content that feels authentically local—with the unmistakable Vilgain twist.

We keep it simple: Maximize human potential. For our community, your crew, even your gran.

What you’ll be doing:

• Crafting top-performing content—especially Reels and TikToks—tailored for Polish-speaking audiences

• Staying plugged into what’s trending across Poland, from viral memes to cultural shifts

• Writing sharp, witty captions and scripts in native-level Polish that stop the scroll

• Planning shoots, editing videos, and giving everything that polished, unmistakably Vilgain vibe

• Working hand-in-hand with our Czech-based content and marketing teams—while being the voice of Vilgain in Poland

• Capturing the moment: shooting Reels, polishing edits, and making content pop (with a little help from Figma)
