We are searching for motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer support and possess a strong understanding of banking products and services. In this role, you will interact with Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate their banking inquiries and providing expert financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking clients with their banking inquiries, including account management, transactions, and product information.
• Provide clarity on the features and benefits of various banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options.
• Support clients through the online banking platform, addressing any technical issues they may encounter.
• Document customer interactions and ensure that all information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on banking regulations and financial product offerings to provide well-informed advice.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
