Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding subscription services, content accessibility, and account management in Spanish.
• Provide clear and accurate information about the features and offerings of the online streaming service.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting various issues related to streaming and account access.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about the latest updates and new content releases on the streaming platform to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the entertainment or online streaming industry.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a patient and efficient manner.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote work environment.
