In this role, you will communicate with clients in Spanish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products and services, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and maintenance information via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Assist customers with vehicle purchases, service appointments, and issue resolution, ensuring outstanding customer care.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding warranties, recalls, and financing options.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall experience.
• Stay informed about automotive trends, new models, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek and/or English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Competence in multitasking and managing various customer inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
