Responsibilities

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speaking and writing.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an initiative-driven attitude when handling customer inquiries.
