We are currently looking for a Visual Service Assistant ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

In this role you will be mainly responsible for assisting with visual aspects of a business in our organization.
Create and desing Power Point presentation to effectively convey information and support business objectivities
CRM (Hubspot) management and maintenance
Assign and monitor marketing leads to sales reps when needed - correct the data on dashboards when necessary
Sales Governance process: Verification of internal checks and collaboration with key stakeholders
Ensuring that sales guidelines, standards are followed. Maintain necessary documentation and approvals
Manage contract signing process with legal teams
Maintaining Sales Repository and teams workspace in dedicated systems
Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations with regards to sales pipeline when necessary
Providing evidences to internal or external audits:
Collaboration with other teams: Coordinate pipeline with finance, compliance/legal and marketing (incl. external agency) for deal finalisations and client onboarding

Skills you should have

Proven work experience in content creation or similar roles or as an Assistant to senior executives with creation and designing Power Point/ dashboards
Power Point on advanced level
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Excellent verbal and written Polish and English
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in diverse and dynamic environment
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Discretion and confidentiality and ability to say “no” keeping good relationship at the same time
Proactivity, ability to anticipate and work towards completing assigned task
