Retail Replenishment Manager (M/K)

We are looking for a Retail Replenishment Manager within our Clients plant based in Skawina.

You supervise the replenishment of our Clients entire network of galleries and warehouses on an international scale.

Management & Coordination

• Supervise and lead the procurement team (2 people)
  
  


• Coordinate marketing and commercial operations in direct connection with the head office team in Paris.
  
  

Procurement & Stock Management

• Manage the procurement levels of our 200 galleries and the stock management of our 4 warehouses.
  
  


• Built the replenishment plans according to network needs and operational constraints in a monthly basis.
  
  


• Ensure optimal product availability in all the network while avoiding overstocking.
  
  


• Analyze stock discrepancies and deploy sustainable corrective actions, in collaboration with the Sales and IT teams.
  
  


• Supervise monthly inventories in galleries and annual inventories in warehouses.
  
  

Logistics & Transport

• Coordinate upstream and downstream logistics flows (carriers, freight forwarders, customs procedures).
  
  


• Monitor the reliability of delivery schedules and measure the performance of service providers.
  
  


• Manage and follow the transport budget vs Real cost.
  
  

Projects & Performance

• Optimize and automate replenishment tools (priority project upon your arrival).
  
  


• Design and drive performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and monthly reporting.
  
  

• Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain or Logistics with a strong analytical orientation, you have at least 5 years of experience in procurement management, with a first successful experience in team management in a retail environment 
  
  


• Excellent command of Excel and a strong interest in data management tools (ERP, WMS). Proficiency in budget management (costs, margins, variances) and building KPIs.
  
  


• Rigor, analytical mindset, responsiveness, and ability to structure complex data. Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders (galleries, warehouses, freight forwarders, head office).
  
  


• Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced international context.
  
  


• Fluent English essential (daily working language).
