Purpose of the role

The Revenue Accounting Specialist in Ticket Audit team is responsible for managing and controlling ticket audit processes to ensure accurate passenger revenue data and compliance with industry standards. The role supports operational efficiency by performing quality checks, resolving disputes, and maintaining clear documentation, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the Group.

Ticket Audit & Compliance

• Perform quality control of fare and refund audits in line with supplier SLAs, ADM policy, and IATA resolutions.
• Monitor ARC and BSP communications to ensure audit accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide feedback to Operating Companies (OpCos) on audit supplier performance.
• Support the ticket dispute resolution process by analysing and clarifying cases.
• Respond to ticket-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver requested audit-related reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Documentation & Process Support

• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of processes and functional specifications.
• Identify risks, exceptions, and discrepancies, and report findings to relevant teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support process standardization.
