RtR Accountant or Senior Accountant

• Performing General Ledger accounting activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance 

• Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies 

• Preparing and posting journal entries, including month-end accruals 

• Supporting period-end closing activities in line with corporate timelines 

• Managing Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliations 

• Maintaining high data quality standards and ensuring timely reporting 

• Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders 

• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Very good command of English (spoken and written) 

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) 

• Solid accounting knowledge, including the ability to prepare financial statements 

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting 

• Advanced MS Excel skills (mandatory) 

• Experience working with SAP 

• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a strong advantage 

• Availability to work afternoon/second shift hours for up to 7 days per month
