As an RTR Senior Team Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Providing operational direction of the team and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Implementing process improvements and best practices across the team to drive operational excellence.
• Determining and setting operational priorities for the team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business objectives.
• Supporting the professional growth of employees, fostering a culture of leadership and accountability.
• Demonstrating a willingness to be on-call to address critical issues and ensure seamless operations within the team.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in Finance / Management
• 4-7 years of equivalent work experience in Finance.
• Proven previous 2-years team management experience.

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology.

Job specifics:

• Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9
• Work Your Way: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office
