Sales Account Coordinator

Act as the primary contact for customer communication across the region. Coordinate customer support for documental changes and ensure timely updates in relevant systems. Provide sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth resolution. Escalate complex customer queries through established internal processes. Lead customer communication alongside AMs, both proactively and in crisis management situations. Track and oversee customer communication initiatives to ensure successful implementation. You bring A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the Pharma sector). Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, with the ability to manage and allocate tasks effectively. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset. Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Experience to work with diverse and cross-functional teams, internally and externally.
