Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Support Market and Key Account Managers with finance and profitability matters
  • Provide business analysis to monitor performance and improve processes
  • Oversee Sales and Margin planning, reporting, and analysis for OMNI Channel
  • Regularly review and optimize channel, product, and customer mix
  • Develop and track sales metrics, KPIs, and KPDs for B2B and Retail channels
  • Work with Credit Control Team on managing Bad Debts and Accounts Receivables
  • Perform controlling routines, including monthly end closing, reporting, and analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve results and optimize trade investments.

Wymagania pracodawcy

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or controlling role, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
  • Experience in sales analysis with focus on profitability analysis, customer segmentation and market performance metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software, preferably SAP
  • Familiarity with KPI development and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
