Our Client, an international FMCG company, is looking to fill a new role in their sales department:
Sales Coordinator

The right person for this role will be comfortable working with databases and excel spreadsheets as well as being a confident communicator with the ability to answer queries and build relationships with commercial teams.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of reports and analyses about the market and sales results Analyze and report on data from commercial & financial sources Work closely with Commercial teams to identify information gaps and recommend/implement plan to close them. Lead the gathering & sharing of key insights/trends/successes across the business Organize team meetings, travels, meetings with distributors, events, Business reviews in different countries in the region etc. Coordination of projects & tasks Support team in forecasting process for the portfolio & POS Prepare commercial and trade argumentations & tools for supporting the brand sales (trade promotions, POSM and other promotional materials) Here are the skills and experience we are looking for:
MS Office excellence (EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Word) Very good knowledge of English & Polish is a must (written and spoken) Experience in sales or sales administration in FMCG company would be a great asset Demonstrates attention to detail Offer:
