The Opportunity

We are looking for an early-career, hungry Sales Development Representative to build pipeline for our sales team.

You will use AI tools and HubSpot/Attio to find the right companies, reach the right people fast and book meetings for our Head of Sales and Sales Manager. You will work across our core crypto and stablecoin market and our new push into remittance and cross-border payments.

• Every lead and every client message gets a response the same day.


• WhatsApp and Telegram are our default channels, and we pick up the phone when it counts.


• After every meeting, next steps and dates go out the same day, and we chase until they happen.


• We lead with how we win. When something blocks a deal or a client, we find the person who can solve it and come back with the answer.


• You own your work end to end. Nobody has to chase you.

Who You Will Reach

• Crypto exchanges, brokers, OTC desks and custodians.


• Stablecoin issuers and stablecoin infrastructure companies.


• Remittance, money transfer and cross-border payment companies.


• PSPs, EMIs and fintechs that need EUR, GBP and USD accounts and payment rails.

What You Will Do

• Respond to every inbound lead within 1 hour during working hours, qualify it and book the call.


• Build target account and contact lists using AI research and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT or Claude.


• Run multichannel outbound; HubSpot or Attio email sequences, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and phone.


• Book qualified meetings for the Head of Sales and Sales Manager, and brief them before every call.


• Follow up the same day after every conversation.


• Own top-of-funnel data in HubSpot or Attio; contacts, companies, lead status, sequences and notes.

• Build and improve AI workflows and HubSpot/Attio automations that make our outreach faster and more relevant.


• Book meetings ahead of industry events, and follow up with every contact within 24 hours after them.


• Report your numbers every week; activity, meetings booked, qualified opportunities and conversion.

What You Bring

• 0-2 years in sales development, business development or another commercial role. Graduates with the right drive are welcome.


• You use AI tools every day and can show us how they make you faster.


• Hands-on HubSpot or Attio experience with sequences, lists and workflows. A HubSpot or Attio certification is a plus.


• Fluent spoken and written English.


• Confidence on the phone and resilience when people say no.


• A competitive, organized and numbers-driven approach.


• Curiosity about payments, fintech, crypto and stablecoins.

Nice to Have

• Additional European languages, especially German, Spanish, French or Italian.


• Previous experience in fintech, payments or crypto.


• Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Lusha or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Every inbound lead answered within 1 hour.


• 10+ qualified meetings per month once you are ramped up.


• Meetings that turn into real sales opportunities.


• Clean, complete data in HubSpot.


• A clear path into a closing role as you grow.

What We Offer

• Base salary of PLN 9,000 gross per month.


• An uncapped 2% share of collected revenue, paid for 6 months, on every deal that closes from a lead you sourced and qualified. You get paid when Sales gets paid.
