Sales Development Representative - CEE

PinMeTo is a SaaS company helping businesses connect their physical locations with the digital world. We are growing fast and looking for a driven, Polish and English-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us discover new business opportunities.

This isn’t just a basic lead generation job. You’ll join an international sales team, learn modern B2B SaaS sales, and build your career in a fast-paced environment. Plus, we make sure to have fun while doing it.

Your Role

Based in our Gdańsk office, you will be the main point of contact for potential customers across the CEE region.

• Account Research: Identify relevant companies and map out key decision-makers.

• Outreach: Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

• Pipeline Building: Qualify potential leads and schedule business meetings for our Account Executives.

• Continuous Learning: Master SaaS sales through hands-on coaching and our internal Sales Academy.

Who are you?

• Fluent Polish: You can comfortably lead business conversations in Polish.

• Strong English: You’re confident collaborating in English with international colleagues and clients.

• Sales Experience: 1+ years in outbound sales, outreach, or an SDR/BDR role. Experience in B2B or SaaS is a big plus.

• Resilience & Drive: You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and don't get discouraged by a "no".

• Curiosity: You want to understand how different businesses operate and how tech can help them scale.

• Bonus points if you speak Hungarian, Romanian, or Czech.
