Sales Development Representative In Poland (remote)

About the Role 

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers. You’ll be part of our team working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed from the local Manager and Montreal HQ. Your mission will be to identify qualified leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and book meetings with Account Executives.  

Profile 

• Recently graduated or 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer success, or technical support. 

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or technical fields; engineering, computing, etc. 

• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus) 

• Passion for technology, communication and building relationships 

• Comfortable working with CRM tools, outreach software, and email/phone contact. 

• Self-motivated, organized and eager to learn 

Tasks 

• Research target accounts and identify key contacts. 

• Call, email, and message leads generated via webinars, trade shows, website visitors, and marketing campaigns. 

• Book qualified meetings and keep CRM up to date. 

• Support sales and marketing teams with customer feedback, satisfaction calls, and occasional surveys. 

• Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching session with your manager for support and performance review
