Job Description - Sales Executive - Poland (They/She/He)

Job Description

YOUR MISSION

You’ll build relationships with top restaurant partners in your area, improving our proposition for customers, identifying ways to continue our fast growth, and creating a pipeline by signing up local stores around the city.

THE JOURNEY

  • Help build up a business by timely identifying new business prospects.

  • Proactively contact with new and existing restaurants to sign a contract with them.

  • Meet monthly targets defined by the Head of the Region.

  • Coordinate and execute the Sales Plans defined together with the team.

  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least, 2+ years of experience in sales.

  • Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a “no” for an answer.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to persuade potential partners and close deals at best convenience of the Company.

  • Proactive, highly motivated, results-driven attitude.

  • Ability to adapt to fast changing environment.

  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.

  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs&Sheets.

  • Native Polish speaker with professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred: 

  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment.

  • Previous experience or collaboration with food delivery, e-commerce or on-demand delivery industry is an advantage.

  • Previous experience with Salesforce usage.
