Graduate Program

Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates interested in our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The next program will start in October 2024.

This Sales Graduate Program contract will be based in Lodz, Poland.

The Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity, which consists of 2 or 3 international rotations in one of our + 50 facilities across Europe.

As an AFEMEA Graduate, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and multifaceted environment that encourages growth and development. You will be able to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales role by actively participating in plant-based activities while also contributing to central European projects alongside your Sponsor. This dual approach will provide you with a well-rounded perspective and hands-on experience in various aspects of the business.

By engaging with diverse projects and collaborating with stakeholders of different sales, commercial and marketing backgrounds and seniority levels, you will expand your skillset and knowledge base. The Graduate Program is tailored for individuals who thrive on innovation and in challenging situations, embracing ambiguity and change as opportunities for personal and professional growth. This sales opportunity is targeted to candidates willing to deep dive into sales and commercial world in the technical industry.

What do you need ?

It’s a good start to have the following:

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, sales, marketing or related fields
• Up to 2 years of working experience (might be gained via internships) in the customer facing roles, ideally sales and business development
• Fluency in English & Polish is required. Knowledge of German as an advantage
• First international experience, gained during studies, internships or exchange programs highly desirable
• Passion to work in sales
• Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
• Flexibility & adaptability
• Resilience
• Proactiveness and outperformance mindset
• Full permanent work permit across EU
