Job Description - Sales Manager

About us

We are a hands-on IT consulting and custom software development company working with mid-sized and large businesses across Europe. We help clients modernize legacy systems, build tailored digital solutions, and prepare their data infrastructure for AI and automation.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to create opportunities through cold outreach and drive them all the way to closed deals. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients, and your work will directly impact the company’s growth.

You will report directly to the Chief Development Officer and collaborate closely with our technical leads to shape customized solutions based on real client needs.

NB: This is a role for someone who makes things happen, not someone waiting for inbound leads.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and reach out to target prospects using cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, and cold calls
  • Book and lead discovery meetings, uncovering pain points and qualifying opportunities
  • Drive the full sales process; from first contact to closing; owning your pipeline
  • Coordinate with technical experts to design tailored proposals and solutions
  • Clearly articulate the value of our services (software development, legacy modernization, data engineering, AI readiness)
  • Update and manage CRM records and pipeline with attention to detail
  • Represent the company at selected exhibitions, events, and in-person meetings
    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a cold outreach set up;
    • Sales experience in IT consulting, custom software development or similar technical services field would be considered a serious advantage.
    • Technical background in one of the following areas: computer science, telecommunication, automation or electronics - will be a strong asset.
    • A proven track record of generating opportunities via cold outreach and closing deals
    • Experience selling to large or enterprise clients in Europe
    • Comfortable working with technical stakeholders and translating their needs into value-based conversations
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
    • Highly goal-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Tech-savvy and organized; you’re fluent with CRM tools, outreach tools, and structured workflows
    • Fluent in English and Polish; proficiency in German preferred, any other language is an advantage
  • Support from senior technical experts to shape client-specific solutions
