Sales manager

Responsibilities:

• contacting property owners (leads) via cold calling, emails, direct messages etc with property management offer
• building database of private landlords
• closing contracts with clients and/or passing leads to local managers
• following up the leads
• occasionally attending meetings with clients
• reporting sales statistics and status

Requirements:

• Strong sales and communication skills
• Must be motivated and goal-orientated
• Ability to work on his/her own
• Very good English both written and verbal
• Sales experience would be an advantage
