Job Description - Sales Manager - Eastern & Central Europe, Balkans, and CIS

To strengthen our presence across Eastern & Central Europe, the Balkans, and selected CIS countries, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead regional growth and expand our market footprint, based in Poland or Czech Republic.
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating business growth across a diverse, high-potential region. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong regional partnerships, and expanding our presence across multiple countries.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy in line with company objectives.

  • Develop, manage, and grow a strong network of key accounts, distributors, and partners.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in HoReCa and Institutional segments.

  • Lead complex B2B negotiations and successfully close strategic projects.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive informed decisions.

What You Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience in professional kitchen equipment, foodservice, or a related technical sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Eastern & Central European and CIS markets.

  • Solid experience working with distributors and cross-border partners.

  • Results-oriented, autonomous, and highly commercially focused.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel within the region.

  • English: professional working proficiency.

  • Russian or additional regional languages: strong advantage.
