The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sales Productivity Analyst (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Acting as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders (mainly with the Sales Teams, but also with other teams participating in the process
Communicating clearly and professionally with the internal stakeholders by telephone and/or written correspondence
Educating, training and informing internal stakeholders of various processes and directing them to appropriate resources
Handling internal stakeholders' inquiries and claim, interpreting policies and regulations, investigating problems, and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues. Identifying and implementing service solutions
Practicing first-call resolution with internal stakeholders. Providing insight to resolve problems
Participating in and maintaining a quality service culture
Supporting the organization's quality program(s)
Participating in or leading department initiatives and sharing knowledge with colleagues
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited learning institution
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service and/or sales
Exceptional customer service competencies
Ability to work in a high-volume rapidly changing environment
Ability to handle work-related stress, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet deadlines
English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level, as this position requires daily communication in English
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following soft skills are also required:
A person who works well individually, and in a team and is committed to achieving the team’s goals
Ability to work in an environment that requires compliance with the rules and orders of the supervisor
Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted
Analytical and meticulous approach to the tasks entrusted
Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to solve problems and communicate properly
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Beneficial will be previous experience working with a specific process system or specific methodology: Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, others
Work location: Hybrid (Wrocław, Poland)
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
