Job Description - Sales Representative in Poland

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive business growth in Poland.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive business growth in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and a passion for sustainability. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for R8 Technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads within the real estate sector in Poland.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including property owners, facility managers, and sustainability professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of R8 Technologies’ solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the real estate or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and trends in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Poland as needed.
