• Utilize Salesforce Low-Code/No-Codetools, such as:
  • Flow Builder
  • App Builder
  • Lightning App Pages
  • Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
• Develop custom solutions in Salesforce using coding best practiceswhen required, including:
  • Apex
  • Visualforce
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL and SOSL
• Implement integrations with external IT systems and manage data migrationsusing tools and techniques such as:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Salesforce Connect
  • Data Loader
  • MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms
• Focus on delivering solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, while also preparing for future projects involving new technologies such as:
  • Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Agentforce
• Collaborate closelywith stakeholders to:
  • Work on backlog tickets and ensure high-quality implementation
  • Provide best-practice guidance and recommendations for ticket resolution
• Ensure adherence to English as the primary language for all project documentation and collaboration.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Low-Code/No-Code tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, and related technologies)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience)
• Familiarity with integration and migration practices within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience with Development and Deployment Lifecycles (like Github or Gearset)
• Ability to balance technical and best-practice-driven problem-solving for backlog ticket implementation
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Interest in emerging Salesforce technologies like Data Cloud and Agentforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions.
