SAP HR Consultant (Poland) (Remote)

We are looking for  SAP HR Consultant to join a multinational team remotely, with occasional onsite presence in Poland.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in SAP HCM and payroll processes, with strong consulting skills and knowledge of Polish payroll localization. This role plays a key part in aligning HR systems and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on local payroll customizations and ensure compliance with national regulations
• Work closely with project stakeholders to define and deliver business goals related to HR and payroll
• Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA HCM and H4S4, specifically in payroll processing
• Support the standardization and consolidation of HR systems and payroll processes across regions
• Ensure clear documentation and translation of country-specific requirements into system specifications
• Participate in testing, validation, and support of payroll features for Poland
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions throughout the delivery process
• Communicate effectively with local and international teams

• Advanced experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, and H4S4
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes in SAP
• Proven consulting experience in payroll system implementations and localizations
• Familiarity with EU payroll compliance, especially for Poland
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
