We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Senior Scrum Master to join our Agile Transformation Team. This role involves guiding organizations on their Agile journey - coaching teams, leaders, and stakeholders while driving the adoption of Agile and DevOps techniques at scale.

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across product teams and organizational levels


• Coach and mentor Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Executives


• Analyze current workflows and develop tailored Agile adoption strategies


• Promote Agile principles and help teams continuously improve delivery


• Facilitate Agile workshops, Big Room Planning, and PI Planning events


• Guide teams on metrics usage and data-driven decision-making


• Support cross-team collaboration and alignment with strategic goals


• Establish and maintain Agile governance frameworks and tools


• Coordinate Continuous Integration & Release on Demand practices


• Ensure consistent and impactful Sprint and Program-level ceremonies
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach in IT environments


• Fluent in English (spoken and written)


• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Disciplined Agile Delivery


• Practical experience with SAFe, Nexus, or other scaled Agile frameworks


• Strong leadership skills and Agile mindset


• Proven ability to work across multiple teams and manage complexity


• Excellent communication and facilitation skills


• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
