Senior Accountant

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Accountant who will not only bring their expertise to the table but will also be the heart of our team - someone who will lead, support, laugh, and grow with us.

• University degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in an independent accounting position, including experience in an international corporate environment.
• Very good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Comarch Optima, Netsuite) will be a strong asset.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (work in an international environment).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Independence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Teamwork skills and willingness to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing full accounting in accordance with applicable legal regulations and group policies.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (both local and group).
• Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes – provisions, accruals, account reconciliations, foreign currency account settlements, and fixed assets records.
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns (VAT, withholding tax).
• Cooperating with internal and external auditors.
• Participating in projects aimed at optimizing accounting processes and implementing new systems and procedures.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
• Ongoing cooperation with departments in Poland and abroad regarding settlements and reporting.
