Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Take ownership of end-to-end accounts receivable processes across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role offers broad scope, direct business impact, and the opportunity to shape efficient cash collection and risk management practices.

Your Tasks:

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for AR processes, providing technical guidance across assigned countries

• Ensure accurate and compliant execution of AR activities in line with accounting standards and internal policies

• Resolve complex AR topics, including dunning processes and debt recovery cases

• Identify and implement improvements to enhance AR efficiency and effectiveness

• Initiate and coordinate automation and IT-related AR improvement projects, including progress tracking

• Perform customer credit assessments in line with policies, including documentation and approval coordination

• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and align operations

• Support onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge transfer within the team; ensure operational continuity when required

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or comparable finance roles

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and end-to-end AR processes

• Hands-on experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system

• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate requirements

• Solid understanding of end-to-end financial processes

• Structured and analytical working style, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement

• Fluent English and at least one additional European language
