WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Profile: advanced expertise, ownership, ability to solve complex issues, guide others, and drive improvements.

• A self‑driven, analytical, and experienced professional with a university degree, preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain


• Deep expertise in Order‑to‑Cash, particularly billing, order management, and cross‑functional process interactions


• Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, Order Management, Billing, or Fulfilment (required at senior level)


• Full professional proficiency in English (written & spoken)


• Strong understanding of operational Supply Chain processes and ability to interpret their business impact


• Solid familiarity with accounting principles relevant to billing and financial flows


• Ability to leverage AI tools for process optimization, automation, root‑cause analysis, and reporting


• Strong working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems


• Excellent communication skills, capable of managing escalations and influencing stakeholders


• Other European language will be an asset

· In this position you will earn no less that 13 732 PLN gross monthly

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Review and validate sales orders 

• Enter orders (manual transactions) 

• Determine product and/or service availability and logistics 

• Track and manage orders, updates and cancels 

• Define stock level based on demand and market demand timeline 

• Create invoice and release, review & resolve billing documents  

• Create manual credit/debit note 

• Daily monitoring of invoicing and management of dashboard (transaction) 

• Process manual invoice including sundry invoice 

• Ensure compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures 

• Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Acts as member on projects and performs UAT.
