Job Description - Senior Business Analyst



Toyota Boshoku Corporation is an innovative automotive interior parts manufacturer. Our product lineup includes seats, headliners, filtration and powertrain components, as well as textiles and exterior components. Toyota Boshoku Europe – Poland is the newly opened branch of Toyota Boshoku Europe, the Europe & Africa headquarters of Toyota Boshoku. The Wrocław branch plays an important role towards Toyota Boshoku Europe’s expansion strategy, while strengthening Toyota Boshoku’s footprint in the EA region.


he new office allows us to centralize know-how, optimize processes efficiency, increase competitiveness, improve quality of services and support future projects. It aims at improving operations of our Poland-based manufacturing companies alongside strengthening headquarters activities. 


Located in the heart of the city of Wroclaw, well known for its high-level university, a modern infrastructure and a thriving ecosystem, Toyota Boshoku Europe Wroclaw branch is an evolving place with a growing team of colleagues who will provide support to our teams in Brussels, Munich and Adapazari in various fields such as production engineering, accounting and IT.

Job Summary


As a Business Analyst in the Digital Transformation department, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and change across our organization’s core pillars: Manufacturing, Business, and Research and Development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the execution of Digital Transformation initiatives. Your insights and recommendations will help enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and foster innovation.

From our regional headquarters in Zaventem (Brussels area), our team ensures the development and supports manufacturing of high-quality car interior components.


Key responsibilities



  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Design and propose optimized processes that leverage digital technologies.

  • Data mapping: Collaborate with various divisions to consolidate view on how data is currently used and propose improvements.

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital transformation projects. Translate these requirements into functional specifications.

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in digital transformation within the industry. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.


 Your profile



  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus

  • +5 years relevant experience

  • Familiarity with Automotive manufacturing, business, and R&D processes is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital transformation or technology-driven environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional international team environment.

  • Experience with project management methodologies.
