Team Leadership:
Manage the clean room production team, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Oversee recruitment, development, conflict resolution, and promote DE&I.
Plan team availability and conduct performance assessments to support growth.
Operational Management:
Track KPIs, maintain process standards, and lead daily team meetings.
Supervise documentation, in-process controls, and product quality.
Manage maintenance activities and ensure proper training for contract cleaners and operators.
Problem Solving & Improvement:
Resolve non-conformities and lead process improvement initiatives.
Support validation processes and implement technological enhancements.
Training & Development:
Train and mentor team members, ensuring skill development and standards adherence.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Production Management (or related field).
Minimum of 6 years of experience in production, logistics, or quality management.
Experience in managing teams within a clean room or regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Communicative Polish and English language skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with modern production management methods (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, KAIZEN).
Experience in the medical, food manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.
Knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis.
Additional language skills in German or French
