Due to the development of John Deere Bank, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Senior Credit Analyst

Tarnowo Podgorne, Poland

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of moderately complex, higher‑value asset finance applications by analysing financial statements, cash flow, balance sheet strength, and overall creditworthiness.
• Approve, decline, or provide structured recommendations on finance proposals in line with company policies, procedures, and defined risk appetite.
• Promote asset finance products, digital systems, and marketing initiatives to dealers and key stakeholders; deliver coaching and guidance to strengthen product knowledge and drive adoption.
• Support partners by reviewing financial documentation, resolving queries, and providing occasional assistance with collections processes to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to process optimisation efforts and actively collaborate on international projects aimed at improving underwriting efficiency and enhancing cross‑functional effectiveness.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Multiple years of experience in credit underwriting or credit risk management; experience with the Polish market is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and credit risk assessments.
• Analytical mindset and strong judgment to make balanced, risk‑based credit decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English required; additional languages are an asset.
