Job Description - Senior Customer Success Systems Developer

Hands on experience of designing, configuring, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Zendesk solutions for various enterprise systems . Experience in production support, incident handling, enhancements, configuration, and administration of Zendesk platforms, ensuring timely incident resolution and performing root cause analysis. Proactively monitor system performance, address platform interruptions, and implement enhancements for stability and scalability. Expertise in integrating Zendesk APIs and developing mid-tier API systems that connect third-party platforms with secure protocols. Configure and manage Zendesk Support, Guide, and Chat, including triggers, automations, ticket forms, roles, views, and SLAs. Write technical specifications, define business solutions, and communicate complex ideas in a meaningful way to non-technical stakeholders. 7+ years of software development experience building and scaling enterprise customer-facing products and services. 5+ years of designing, configuring and developing on the Zendesk customer support SaaS platform. Must have Zendesk App development experience. Must have customization and development experience with Zendesk (Support, Guide, Chat, APIs). Build custom Zendesk apps using the Zendesk App Framework (ZAF) and develop themes with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Handlebars (HBS). Experience integrating Zendesk with platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Gainsight, Workramp, CSOD etc. Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, JWT and other authentication protocols. Hands-on experience with VSCode and version control systems like Git. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks and Postman for API testing and integration. Experience with React JS, jQuery and understanding of UX/UI best practices for creating seamless customer experiences. Follow agile practices , ensuring high-quality deployments through continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science or related degree
