• Streamline and refine the portfolio for better alignment with business goals.
• Solution Architecture Assessment: Identify key gaps in the solution architecture.
• Develop a capability model to support strategic objectives.
• Partner with the technology leadership team to drive initiatives.
• Define areas where the bank can enhance its operations and performance.
• Establish a cohesive and integrated technology roadmap.
• Take on a comprehensive enterprise architecture role.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver technology solutions.
• Due Diligence for New Platforms/Software: Conduct thorough evaluations before adapting new platforms or software.
• Assess the current architecture landscape, define the "as-is" state, and recommend improvements.
• Focus on improving the existing architecture and software development processes.
• Operate autonomously while delivering results.
• Ensure clear and impactful communication throughout all interactions.
