Senior Executive

Role Purpose

The Senior Executive – Accounts will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective support to month‑end and year‑end closing activities. The role requires hands‑on experience in accounting operations with a strong understanding of compliance and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies


• Handle day‑to‑day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations


• Prepare and review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter‑company balances


• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities within defined timelines


• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports


• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, and other applicable laws


• Coordinate with auditors (internal, statutory, tax) and support audit requirements


• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections


• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes


• Support process improvements and strengthening of internal financial controls


• Liaise with internal stakeholders for finance‑related clarifications and support

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com / CA‑Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred


• Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance


• Prior experience in a corporate or shared services environment preferred
