SENIOR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER / SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Key Duties and Services: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success

Your Mission: We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer / Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of a regulated digital capital market platform. The platform includes investor onboarding, KYC/AML verification, identity management, investor classification, access control, audit logging, digital wallets, and integrations with fintech and blockchain service providers.

You will take ownership of architectural direction, define technical standards, and work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions

Scope of services:

• Defining and evolving the overall backend architecture of the platform

• Designing scalable, secure services using Node. js + TypeScript

• Establishing architecture standards, modular structure, and best practices

• Leading technical design discussions and architecture decisions

• Designing integration strategies for: KYC/AML providers, Identity verification services, Fintech APIs, Blockchain / digital asset infrastructure

• Ensuring compliance, auditability, security, and regulatory requirements are embedded in system design

• Designing API architecture (REST / GraphQL where applicable)

• Defining authentication, authorization, and access control strategies

• Supporting engineering teams via architecture reviews and technical mentoring

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Driving decisions around scalability, reliability, observability, and maintainability

Here’s the set we are required:

• Extensive experience designing backend / distributed systems architecture

• Strong expertise in Node. js + TypeScript ecosystems

• Experience with integration-heavy, service-based architectures

• Strong understanding of API design, security, authentication, authorization

• Experience with Prisma ORM or similar persistence layers

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling

• Experience working in regulated environments (fintech, banking, etc.)

• Ability to balance business, compliance, and technical constraints

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• English proficiency for direct technical and business collaboration

Nice to have:

• Experience in capital markets, fintech, banking, or investment platforms

• Knowledge of KYC/AML workflows and compliance frameworks

• Experience with blockchain, wallets, tokenization, digital assets

• Experience with GraphQL integrations

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices

• Previous experience as Lead Developer, Principal Engineer, or Architect
