Location: Kraków Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years Join us as a Senior Fund Accountant Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Senior Fund Accountant. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor with daily control review of specialized processing, exception resolution, and reconciliation activities of the business line's net asset value (NAV) execution duties including: transactions, capital stock, expenses, corporate actions, cash and special handling. You will also provide training, guidance, and coverage for Fund Accountants to ensure daily accounting deliverables are timely and accurate. Some of your key responsibilities include: Assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly NAV, ensuring completion of specified tasks per coverage Reconciliation of daily cash, position and market value including trade processing and pricing Ensure daily output standards for both quality and timeliness are met. Monitor and assist in the resolution of issues. Follow up on open inquiries. Handle more complex tasks Escalate daily issues and aged items to direct manager Share knowledge by providing training to other less experienced team members. Review and verify work of team members. Approve/provide sign off of a team member’s work. Effectively utilize BBH's internal systems to meet and support all critical deadlines.
