About the role


We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Engineering and Product Management organization. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business and product priorities into workforce, talent, and organizational decisions.


This is a strategic HRBP role focused on people decisions, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership partnership. Operational HR administration, payroll, onboarding logistics, and HRIS processing are handled by People Operations.



What you will do


·        Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to translate business priorities into workforce and talent plans.


·        Lead workforce planning, including capacity, capability, hiring priorities, skills gaps, and build / buy / redeploy decisions.


·        Support organizational design by helping define effective team structures, roles, reporting lines, and decision-making flows.


·        Own performance and talent management outcomes for the cluster, including talent reviews, succession planning, retention risks, promotions, and compensation input.


·        Provide data-supported insights on talent health, organizational effectiveness, workforce risks, and leadership capability.


·        Coach senior leaders through change, growth phases, performance challenges, and transformation initiatives.


·        Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Compensation & Benefits, and People Operations to ensure clear handoffs and aligned execution.



What we are looking for


·        Solid experience as an HR Business Partner in a senior or strategic partnering role, ideally supporting Engineering, Product, Technology, or another complex business area.


·        Strong business acumen and ability to understand how technical and product teams create value.


·        Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and retention topics.


·        Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively, using data and business context.


·        Strong analytical skills and confidence working with people data, workforce scenarios, and talent insights.


·        Clear ownership mindset: able to form recommendations, defend decisions with evidence, and track outcomes.


·        Strong boundary management and ability to separate strategic HR partnership from operational HR execution.


·        Fluency in English and Polish; German language skills would be an advantage.
