Participate in analysis sessions with COES to determine business needs., Assess the company's enterprise needs and plan for changes in existing systems to meet these needs. Lead the research, design, implementation, and development of functionality and/or integrations within the Technologies in the People Systems portfolio and overall PCC Roadmap. Driving Solutions that will strengthen the Team Member Experience., Serve as the liaison with Qurate Retail Group Departments and other Stakeholders to ensure that they are fully supported with technological capacities and our business objectives. Support Workforce Analytics teams to create custom reports, Dashboards, scorecards and BI Capabilities., Partner with IT for technical design, testing, and delivery of secure data transfers between vendors., Review, Troubleshoot and resolve daily data integrity or system issues. Regression testing of existing software during planned upgrades and vendor releases.
