We are looking for a Senior IT Auditor to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.

What you will be doing?

Audit Tech Systems: You’ll dive into the company’s IT infrastructure, software applications, and workflows to make sure everything is running securely and by the book.
Test Internal Controls: You will check if the "safety nets" (controls) built into the tech are designed correctly and actually doing their job to protect the business.
Provide Expert Assurance: You’ll give management an honest, independent look at whether their systems are reliable, effective, and built to last.
Spot & Solve Gaps: When you find a weakness or a "bug" in a process, you’ll clearly explain what’s wrong and suggest smart ways to fix it.
Track Progress: You won't just drop a report and leave; you’ll keep an eye on the fixes to ensure they are actually implemented and working.

Skills you should have

Educated & Certified: You have a university degree (IT, Engineering, or Finance/Econ) and carry a CISA or CISSP certification under your belt.
Seasoned Pro: You’ve spent 5–8 years in the trenches of IT audit or IT security. You know audit methodologies and risk frameworks like the back of your hand.
Tech-Fluent: You have a deep understanding of technical systems and automated application controls—you know how to audit the "engine" of a digital platform.
Regulatory Savvy: You’re already familiar with the "rules of the game" for financial institutions, specifically DORA and EBA Guidelines.
Sector Experience: You get bonus points if you’ve worked in FinTech/Digital Banking or come from a Big 4 background.
Cloud & Communication: You’re fluent in English, and if you’ve worked with Cloud Computing, you’ll definitely stand out from the crowd.
