As Senior Local Marketeer / Specjalista ds. Marketingu you will take a strategic lead in driving LYNX’s marketing performance and market positioning in one of our most important European markets. You will translate global marketing strategy into locally impactful initiatives while identifying new growth opportunities within the Polish retail investor landscape.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Polish leadership team, combining market insights, performance data and local partnerships to strengthen brand authority, customer acquisition and long-term growth.

You’ll be responsible for

• Defining and executing the local marketing strategy for Poland in alignment with global marketing priorities
• Identifying high-impact marketing opportunities within the Poland investor ecosystem
• Developing and managing strategic partnerships with key Polish media platforms
• Driving thought leadership by collaborating with local experts, analysts and content creators
• Providing strategic market insights on competition, pricing trends, investor behaviour and regulatory developments
• Acting as the key link between global marketing teams and the Polish commercial organisation
• Ensure all content is optimized, compliant, and ready to perform at the highest level
• Negotiating marketing contract ( media buying )

Here’s what we are looking for

• A senior marketing professional with strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
• 6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, fintech or investment platforms
• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leadership
• Native Polish and professional proficiency in English

• Experience working in an international organisation with global-local collaboration
• Knowledge of the Polish retail investment market and regulatory landscape
• Experience managing external agencies or strategic partners
• Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
• Knowing Polish broker landscape and has investing product knowledge
• Experience tools with Wordpress or/and Mailchimp
