Job Description - Senior Marketing Automation Specialist with Hubspot

As the Business Services Competency Center at Sii, we're seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing marketing team, providing a various types of support in marketing-related areas for our clients. If you want to develop your skills, have a strong personality and not afraid of being challenged - join us!

Your role
  • Assess the current CRM structure and align it with our sales process
  • Identify specific functionalities within HubSpot for pipeline monitoring and customer interaction overview
  • Envision and implement integration between HubSpot and our newly launched website
  • Address challenges and pain points in the current setup, ensuring a smooth transition to HubSpot
  • Customize HubSpot to support our sales process effectively, leveraging standard features where applicable
  • Outline key milestones and deliverables for the implementation project, ensuring timely completion
  • Plan and execute data migration from the current system to HubSpot, considering historical data and insights
  • Collaborate with designated team members to oversee the implementation process from our end
  • Provide necessary training and support to the team for effective use of HubSpot's CRM functionalities
  • Identify and potentially track specific metrics or KPIs within HubSpot, focusing on the CRM module
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process
    • Your skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in CRM implementation, preferably with HubSpot
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM structures
  • Proficiency in HubSpot functionalities for pipeline management and customer interaction
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
  • Experience in data migration and integration between systems
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Familiarity with GDPR and privacy compliance standards
