Position Overview
As a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer, you'll play a central role in transforming and scaling the reporting infrastructure that supports Asset Management operations. Your work will focus on implementing reliable, scalable solutions that meet business requirements whilst adhering to industry standards. You'll contribute to automating manual processes and collaborate closely with colleagues across an agile organisation to deliver technical solutions that address performance, reliability and scalability needs.
Responsibilities
Modernise client, transaction and regulatory reporting platforms to improve scalability and performance
Design and implement full stack solutions using .NET technologies and Azure cloud services
Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational overhead
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
Transform high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Build solutions that prioritise reliability, scalability and performance
Apply DevOps practices to streamline deployment and operational processes
Ensure all solutions meet industry standards and quality benchmarks
Work with database technologies to support reporting platform requirements
Requirements
8-10 years of software development experience with strong .NET expertise
Proficiency in full stack development using Core .NET Technologies
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and services
Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices
Experience working with database technologies and data management
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong collaboration skills within agile team environments
Track record of delivering scalable, high-performance software solutions
Experience with automation of processes and workflows
Understanding of reliability, scalability and performance considerations in software design
